At Butterflies & Bows we offer a friendly, personal, cost-effective service, for flowers, balloons, decorations, marquees, music, stationery, catering and tableware for any occasion. Based in Lingfield, we normally cover a thirty mile radius, encompassing East Grinstead, Uckfield, Haywards Heath, Reigate, Redhill, Crawley, Tunbridge Wells,Tonbridge, Oxted, Caterham, Westerham, Warlingham, Croydon, and other locations in Surrey, Sussex, Kent, London, and Middlesex, but please talk to us if your venue is further afield.

We provide a range of services from delivering a flower bouquet or a balloon in a box, providing tableware, or a one-off personalised banner, to supplying and arranging flowers and balloons at any venue on site; or even organising, arranging and decorating for your whole occasion.


We can assist you with any occasion, from a small intimate dinner party to a large gathering including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, christenings, corporate events, Valentine's, Christmas, office parties, Halloween and funerals.

Our speciality lies in providing anything from a single item up to a 'one-stop shop' as required for your celebration or event; with flowers, balloons, decorations and all your other requirements available from us as a single supplier. We do not have the overheads of a shop so we can provide a very cost effective, efficient service and will work closely with you to ensure that your every need is catered for and your occasion is exactly as you wish.

As we are a member of NABAS, The National Balloon Association, you can rely on us having professionally trained staff, and the peace of mind to know that we have full public liability insurance.
